Fresh details have emerged on the list of aspirants who secured tickets to contest for seats in the House of Representatives across various federal constituencies in Oyo State.
Among those returning to seek another term in the Green Chamber are Akeem Adeyemi representing Afijio/Atiba/Oyo East/Oyo West, Tajudeen Abisodun Kareem for Atisbo/Saki East/Saki West, and Olusegun Odebunmi representing Ogo-Oluwa/Surulere, all of whom are aiming for a fourth consecutive term in office.
Also on the list are Akinola Alabi of Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency and Tolulope Akande-Sadipe representing Oluyole Federal Constituency, both of whom are seeking a third term at the National Assembly.
Meanwhile, lawmakers pushing for re-election into a second term include Folake Olunloyo-Osinowo for Ibadan North West/Ibadan South West, Olamiju Alao-Akala representing Ogbomoso North/Ogbomoso South/Orire, and Olafisoye Akinmoyede for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency.
New entrants hoping to secure their first term in the House of Representatives include Umar-Farouk Alao for Ibadan North, Sarafa Olaniye representing Ibarapa Central/Ibarapa North, Saheed Adejare Yusuf contesting for Kajola/Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa, as well as Ibraheem Olayode Iyiola for Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency.
However, the candidate expected to fly the party’s flag for Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency is yet to be officially confirmed.
