Ibadan North Rep Hopeful, Hon. Lanre Sarumi (Skido), Condoles with Governor Makinde on Brother’s Demise

Hon. Lanre Sarumi (Skido), the aspirant vying for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, his family, and the people of Oyo State on the passing of his brother, Engineer Sunday Makinde.

In a condolence message, Hon. Sarumi described Engineer Makinde’s demise as a great loss to the state and the nation at large. He acknowledged the significant contributions Engineer Makinde made to the development of Oyo State and prayed that God would grant the Makinde family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Hon. Sarumi, who has previously shown his support for Governor Makinde ¹, urged the people of Oyo State to join in mourning the departed Engineer Makinde, whose contributions to the state’s development would be greatly missed.

He also prayed for the repose of the soul of Engineer Sunday Makinde, asking God to grant him eternal rest.
