A group known as Victory Advocates of Nigeria has described the first anniversary in the office of the Governor of Ekiti state, Biodun Oyebanji as a waste.

The national president of the group, Prince Seyi Ajibola made this known today in a statement personally signed and made available to the newsmen in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital

He described the administration as a waste of time and opportunity.

Victory Advocates of Nigeria, VAN which is one of the support groups of the PDP presidential candidate and Peoples Democratic Party rated Oyebanji one one-year performance in office as a monumental waste.

The group queried the activities of the governor ranging from infrastructure development to social security and asserted that there was no single infrastructure that could be traced to his administration.

“When talk of roads network, security, and economic development under Oyebanji’s watch in the last year is nothing to write home about and this is the worst experienced government since the creation of the state’.

“I feel the suffering of Ekiti people particularly, the parents under this government on the high level of tuition fees being paid across the state higher institutions. The primary and secondary schools are not left out in these outrageous payments making the whole world believe that Ekiti state is running free education”.

He therefore challenged Oyebanji to release the full subventions to the state tertiary institutions to reduce the exuberant tuition fees.

Ajibola called on Oyebanji to apologize to Ekiti people for poor performance and as a matter of urgency release the palliatives belonging to Ekiti state to the entire citizens and not party members.

“It’s unfortunate that APC administration cannot be trusted from top to bottom.”

Ajibola implored Ekiti people not to be deceived by Oyebanji” ‘s public appearance saying he should be judged by working the talks.

“If we remember, Oyebanji promised Ekiti people that the wasted multi-billion naira Ekiti Airport project would commence operation by October this year and also promised Ekiti people better life within 200days in office what Ekiti citizens are experiencing now is suffering and high taxation across the length and breadth of the state without commensurable development”
