Ibadan N’ East LG Chair, Akintayo Narrates Achievements, Outline Vision for 2nd Term
The chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo on Tuesday highlighted his several achievements across various sectors during his first term as executive chairman of the council.
Akintayo said he was able to deliver his campaign promise on agriculture, health, infrastructure, education, and security to the people of his local government during his first term in office.
The council chairman fondly referred to as “O mu Yes,” made the explanation while featuring on a Radio program tagged Gbagede Oro, anchored by the popular presenter, Peter Olasupo, ” Captain P2″ on 32fm 94.9 station in Ibadan.
The radio program served as a platform for Akintayo to reflect on the accomplishments achieved during his first term as well as articulate his vision for the future if re-elected for a second term.
During the program, Akintayo emphasized his made in improving agricultural practices, enhancing healthcare facilities, developing infrastructure, boosting educational opportunities, and fortifying security measures.
He expressed his commitment to building upon this achievement if allowed to serve for another term. He outlined ambitious plans aimed at further enhancing the lives of residents within the local government area.
