Oluwaseun Olufade, the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, has extended warm birthday wishes to Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja, the Deputy National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (South), Chairman of the People’s Democratic Institute, and former Deputy Governor of Oyo State.
