Egbeda Council Chair, Sanda, Inaugurates Newly Elected Councilors, Charges Them to Be Selfless in Service Delivery

The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, on Friday sworn-in the newly elected Councilors

While inaugurating the Legislative Council at the renovated chamber, Hon Sanda charged them on unity of purpose and the need to form synergy with the Executive arm in the course of their duty.

“Distinguished Councilors, as you begin your tenure today, I charge you to remember that the power vested in you is not for personal aggrandizement, but for the betterment of the lives of our people. Our constituents have entrusted us with their hopes and aspirations, and it is our duty to serve them with purpose and dedication.

Dignitaries at the Swear-in ceremony included, Vice-Chairman Egbeda Local Government, Hon Oladebo Ibrahim, Co-chairman Oyo Elders Council, Elder Wole Oyelese, Egbeda PDP Chairman among other dignitaries.

– Hon Salaudeen Sarafadeen, Retained as Chief Whip

– Hon. Olaoye Adijat Kuburat, Ward -5
– Hon Raji Tesleem Akinkunmi, ward-8
– Hon. Jimoh Kolawole Arowolo, ward-9
– Hon Oladipo Abiodun Oluniyi, ward-10
