LG Election: Sanda Expresses Gratitude To Electorates In Egbeda, Makinde, ALGON, Party on Re-election Victory
Hon. Sikiru Sanda as expressed his profound appreciation to the almighty God, governor Makinde, the national body (ALGON) and electorates for making it possible to be re-elected for a second term in office.
Sanda in a congratulatory message, expressed his gratitude to the national body of Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) and the ruling party, the PDP, residents of egbeda local government for entrusting the mantle to him again. Further he gave a profound gratitude to his excellency governor Seyi Makinde who described as an inspiration towards good governance and drive force for selfless leadership.
“I thank almighty Allah for this day because without him, we won’t be here, secondly I want to specially appreciate my leader, the inspiration behind a selfless leadership, whose inputs and support can never be overemphasized. He gave us the courage and motivation to move on in local government activities, and the result is more giant strides of achievements.
My sincere appreciation goes to all leaders for their continuous support towards a great Egbeda local government.
Winning the local government election with the wide margin of 24, 573 showed that the good people of egbeda want us to continue the good work we are doing and to consolidate on our first term achievements.
I thank the good people of Egbeda; market leaders, religious leaders, royal fathers, artisans, traders, and every other.
Without missing words I’d expend my outmost gratitude to the national leadership of ALGON for their support and role in the success of re-election.
To the entire management and staff of the local government, thank you for your unanimous support towards my second term bid.
We will not disappoint you all with the new mandate given us to run the affairs of the council once again. We will consolidate on all our ongoing projects and provide more dividends of democracy to residents.
