Monumental Legacy

“I was highly honored to be a keynote speaker at the proposed American University of Technology E-Learning Conference held yesterday 5th of December, 2023 by the American University of Technology at Ashi, Bodija tagged “Meeting Distant Learning Objectives through Effective Content Authoring and Deployment”

“In my address, I emphasize the importance of technology in all sectors of the economy in Nigeria. Our wards can now be educated without a physical building as generic education is almost becoming a thing of the past.

“It is expedient to inculcate the use of our local language in educating our wards all over so that they can have access to the same information or data nationwide, as this will drastically reduce the rate of dropouts in our schools. It is also my belief that no one in Nigeria should be isolated from data connectivity.

“The internet needs to be regulated so that it is safe and secure to do business. Other ur people need to learn the proper and secure way to use their phones. I hereby charged the Authorities of American University of Technology with the task of coming up with a curriculum for online education.

“Education is a key part of any economy as the children that we don’t educate, might turn out to be our tormentor in ttoI thereby Challenge the AUT authority to come up with a curriculum to engage a lot of idle hands in order to foster a higher number of educated graduates. I also promise to lend my legislative support in every way to make this renewed hope a reality.

“My gratitude goes to the conv, ener of the conference and all participants, Prof. Adeolu Afolabi, Prof. Francis Egbokhare, Dr. Seyi Akanbi and a host of others for the opportunity to be a part of this noteworthy conference.”
