The PDP bigwig in Ibadan North Local Government, Lanre Sarumi has felicitated former Deputy Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan for his reappointment as the Executive Chairman, Shooting Stars.
It would be recalled that Hon. Olaniyan was the DG of the Lanre Sarumi Campaign Organisation in the 2023 NASS election.
Sarumi also celebrated other notable PDP bigwigs who have also been reappointed by Governor Makinde.
The newly reappointed PDP stakeholders are: Mr. Olajide Boladuro – Gaming board DG
Engr. Ojekunle Ezekiel – Chairman, Rural Electrification Board
Mrs. Adedotun Bolanle Olaitan – Chairperson, Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS).
Others are:
Mr. Tolu Kúkú – Senior Special Assistant (Domestic)
Rev. Femi Ibikunle – Special Assistant (Inter-Faith Affairs)
Mr. Timothy Olufemi Sunday – Executive Assistant (Disabilities Matters)
Alhaji Abdul Rasheed Adewale – Special Assistant (Islamic Affairs)
Mr. Lanre Dairo – Special Assistant (Housing & Urban Development).
Sarumi urged them to put in more effort as a reward for hard work is more work, urging them to work in line with the vision of Governor Makinde’s Omituntun 2.0.
He described the reappointment of all the appointees as a result of Governor Makinde’s very strong reward system, calling on those who are still waiting for their appointment or one reward or the other to exercise patience as Governor Makinde will ensure everyone is adequately rewarded.
