The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and his amiable wife, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, on their conferment with the prestigious chieftaincy titles of Aare Asoludero of Eruwaland and Yeye Asoludero of Eruwaland, respectively, by the Eleruwa of Eruwa, His Royal Majesty, Oba Samuel Adebayo Adegbola (Ajobo Olurin 1).

Hon. Oyedele described the conferment as a well-deserved honour and a testament to the Governor and his wife’s remarkable contributions to the development, peace, unity, and progress of Oyo State.

He noted that the title of Aare Asoludero reflects the Governor’s commitment to fostering development and strengthening the bonds between the government and traditional institutions across the state.

The Executive Chairman also congratulated the Governor’s wife, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, on her recognition as Yeye Asoludero of Eruwaland, describing the honour as a fitting acknowledgement of her support for her husband and her contributions to the welfare and development of the people.

Hon. Oyedele prayed that Almighty God would continue to grant Governor Makinde and his wife wisdom, good health, strength, and longevity to continue serving humanity and contributing to the growth and prosperity of Oyo State.

He further congratulated the Eleruwa of Eruwa and the entire people of Eruwaland for honouring the Governor and his wife with such prestigious traditional titles.
