His journey in party administration dates back to 2001–2002, when he served as Interim Assistant Secretary at the ward level, a role that laid the foundation for his enduring commitment to party structure and grassroots mobilisation. More recently, he served as a Protocol Officer during the last party convention in Ibadan, contributing to the smooth coordination of activities at a critical time for the party.

Olasupo’s support for party programmes has also been both visible and impactful. He facilitated the production of 500 branded polo shirts and caps for the convention, while also contributing financially and materially to local campaign efforts. During electioneering periods, including the bye-election campaign for Hon. “DoN,” he supported outreach efforts with over 2,000 campaign flyers, alongside additional logistics and financial backing.

A committed member of the Omituntun political movement at both ward and local levels, Olasupo has reportedly supported the group with contributions running into hundreds of thousands of naira, further underlining his dedication to the collective vision of progressive governance.

In times of need, he has extended his generosity beyond politics. From distributing food items during Christmas to supporting Muslims during Ramadan, his interventions have reached both party members and non-members across his ward and beyond, reinforcing his image as a compassionate and accessible leader.
