Hon. Sanda Celebrates Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, Tasks Leaders and Citizens on Nation-Building

On this great occasion of Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, The Executive Chairman, Egbeda LGA, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele has felicitates with our dear nation and its citizens, urging Nigerians to harness their collective resilience and collaborate in fostering a stronger, more unified nation as the country commemorates its post-independence journey.

‎In his goodwill message commemorating Nigeria’s Independence Day, “October 1st reminds us of the sacrifices of our founding fathers, Whose foresight and bravery paved the way for a free and unified Nigeria. Today is a moment to reflect on our national journey, celebrate our achievements, and reaffirm our dedication to building a brighter future”.

‎Hon. Sanda acknowledged the nation’s struggles with economic instability, insecurity, and social unrest over the years, noting that these challenges have, at times, appeared overwhelming and threatened national stability.

‎The council boss, emphasized that true progress stems from unity and collective effort, urging citizens to celebrate their diversity and collaborate toward a common goal. He appealed to leaders across all levels to prioritize the well-being of the populace and encouraged individuals to play active roles in their communities.”
