Association of Local Government of Nigeria, Oyo State has congratulated the First Lady of the State, Engr. Mrs. Ominini Olufunke Makinde on the occasion of her 51st birthday celebration, described her as a virtuous woman who has positively impacted countless lives.

ALGON, In a congratulatory message jointly signed by its chairman, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, and its PRO, Hon. Yusuff Sahib Oladayo (Agba Egbe) and made available to Bowamedia.com in Ibadan on Friday, said Mrs. Makinde has demonstrated a high sense of commitment and passion for the welfare of the downtrodden as Oyo First Lady over the past four years.

While praying for many more years of celebration for the First Lady, Oyo ALGON described her commitment to the welfare of the vulnerable in society, especially women and children, as second to none.

The association also praised Mrs. Makinde for being a strong pillar of support to Governor Seyi Makinde in the quest to build a virile economy for the state, adding that it is clear that the Governor’s string of successes has been because he has a supportive wife.
