Workers’ Day: Hon. Micheal (MOA) Salutes Nigerian Workers, Commends Makinde’s Pro-Worker Policies in Oyo

The leading aspirant for Ibadan North State Constituency II, Hon. Michael Olusegun Aremu (MOA), has extended warm felicitations to Nigerian workers, particularly those in Oyo State, in celebration of this year’s Workers’ Day.

In a statement made available to the press, Hon. Aremu praised the resilience, diligence, and unwavering commitment of workers across various sectors, noting that their contributions remain the backbone of societal growth and economic development.

 

He specifically lauded the efforts of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, for fostering a conducive and enabling environment that supports workers’ welfare and productivity. According to him, the Makinde-led administration has demonstrated consistent commitment to policies that prioritize workers’ well-being, prompt payment of salaries, and improved working conditions.

“Workers are the engine room of any thriving society. Their sacrifices and dedication deserve not just recognition, but continuous support through policies that enhance their standard of living,” MOA stated.

Hon. Aremu further emphasized that the current administration in Oyo State has set a commendable standard in governance, urging other states to emulate its worker-friendly initiatives.
