“Through meticulous investigative work, our officers were able to track and apprehend these suspects in Mowe Ibafo, Ogun State. In a tragic incident, the duo tied the deceased under the guise of having a sex rump and demanded money from him.

“But when he was not forthcoming, they resorted to drugging and suffocating him, leading to his untimely demise. They have been processed and will be charged to court shortly.”
Meanwhile, the suspects in their interview with newsmen confessed to carrying out the act but stated that it was not their intention to kill him.

According to them, their initial plan was just to frighten, rub him, and go, saying he had initially planned to have sex with them in his car but later changed his mind and took them to a hotel.

They also stated that the victim allowed them to tie his hands and legs with a view of having a sex rump with the two of them in the hotel room, but later became suspicious of their intention when they wanted to do a video recording of him.

“It was at this point he started struggling with us and shouting. We then placed a pillow on his mouth to stop him from shouting. It was in this process he passed out. But we thought he was just pretending.”

The suspects, however, regretted their actions, while advising young ladies to be patient and work hard to earn legitimate money.
