Sanda Sikiru Delivers: Egbeda Communities Celebrate New Borehole Projects
Hon. Sanda Sikiru, Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government Area, has taken a significant step towards improving the lives of his constituents by commissioning motorized water borehole projects with generator sets in key locations. The newly installed boreholes at Oluwo Ward 9, Adegbayi Market Ward 10, and Welcome to Egbeda Market Ward 6 will provide clean and reliable water to residents and traders, addressing the long-standing issue of water scarcity in the area.
Elder Dr. Wole Oyelese, a former minister and co-chairman of the state’s elders council, praised Hon. Sanda for prioritizing essential infrastructure that directly impacts the well-being of the people. Dr. Oyelese emphasized that access to clean water is crucial for improving health, promoting economic activities, and fostering development in the community.
Hon. Busari Olayemi, Executive Assistant to the Governor on Inter-party Affairs, also commended Hon. Sanda for his exemplary leadership and commitment to improving the lives of residents.
