Palliative: Ido Local Government Distributes Federal Government Grains Palliative to Beneficiaries

The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has commenced the distribution of Federal Government grains palliative to beneficiaries in the local government area. The distribution exercise follows the inauguration of a 15-man committee of stakeholders tasked with overseeing the distribution process.

During the distribution, Hon. Adeojo addressed the beneficiaries, urging them to conduct themselves in an orderly manner to facilitate a smooth process. He also charged the committee to adhere strictly to the distribution list to ensure transparency and accountability.

The chairman further implored representatives of various groups to be fair and just in their distribution. He seized the opportunity to sensitize the people of the local government and the state at large to avoid participating in any protests, warning that they may be hijacked by hoodlums for their selfish interests, leading to chaos.
