In Oyo state, it has now become a Criminal offense for individuals or organizations that fail to make the government aware about the storage of dangerous substance within 72 hours or face jail terms based on the Criminal law of Oyo state.
This followed the signing of the executive order on handling and storage of the explosive in the state by Governor Seyi Makinde.
