Oyo LG Chairmen Congratulate Lagelu Council Boss, Kamorudeen, and Gov. Makinde’s Aide, Alh. Akeem Azeez on Their Birthdays
The Forum of Local Government Council Chairmen in Oyo State, has joined family, friends, and associates to felicitate Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, and Alhaji Akeem Azeez, a senior aide to Governor Seyi Makinde, as both public figures mark their birthdays today.

In a congratulatory message signed by the forum’s Chairman, Hon. Sikiru Sanda and made available to newsmen by the Publicity Secretary, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, under the aegis of the Forum of Local Government Council Chairmen, the chairmen lauded the celebrants for their exemplary leadership, dedication to public service, and steadfast commitment to the progress of Oyo State.
The Forum described Hon. Kamorudeen as a grassroots leader who has consistently demonstrated a passion for community development and inclusive governance in Lagelu.

The statement praised his initiatives in education, health, and infrastructure, noting that his leadership continues to serve as a model within the local government system.
Similarly, the forum commended Alh. Akeem Azeez, who serves as a Special Adviser to Governor Makinde, is being recognized for his loyalty, administrative acumen, and strategic role in the implementation of the governor’s policies.

The council chairmen highlighted his behind-the-scenes contributions to the seamless execution of various people-oriented programmes by His Excellency Engr ‘Seyi Makinde across the state.
