OTOPE Felicitates Chief Bayo Lawal, Describes him as a Father, Rare Administrator and Loyal Public Servant

The Director-General of the Oyo State Liaison Offices in Abuja and Lagos, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji, popularly known as OTOPE, has felicitated with Chief Bayo Lawal, the Senior Executive Assistant on Administration to Governor Seyi Makinde, as he marks his 71st birthday.

In a statement issued on Monday and signed by his Media Assistant, Segun Akinlabi, OTOPE described Chief Lawal as “a rare administrator whose footprint in public service continues to reflect excellence, loyalty, and dedication.”

He noted that Chief Lawal has remained one of the most dependable pillars in Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration, applauding his decades of experience, calm leadership style, and unwavering commitment to governance.

“Chief Lawal is a remarkable leader with a distinguished record of service. His dedication to the progress of Oyo State, his loyalty to Governor Makinde’s reform agenda, and his passion for the development of our people make him truly exceptional,” the statement read.

OTOPE further praised the celebrant for his contributions as a seasoned administrator, legal mind, and political figure, stressing that his impact spans several decades of selfless service to the state.

“As he clocks 71, I celebrate a statesman, a mentor, and a patriotic figure whose wisdom continues to guide the younger generation in public leadership,” OTOPE added.

He prayed that God grants Chief Lawal long life, good health, and renewed strength to continue serving humanity.
