The Deputy Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola, popularly known as Sunky, has felicitated with his colleague and friend, Hon. Riliwan Saminu Gbadamosi, popularly known as “Wale Canada,” on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.
Babalola, while celebrating the lawmaker representing Saki East/Atisbo State Constituency, described Gbadamosi as not only a dependable colleague but also his “guyest guy” in the Assembly, highlighting the bond of friendship, camaraderie and mutual respect they have built over the years.
According to him, turning 50 is a remarkable milestone that deserves to be celebrated, particularly for a man who has distinguished himself through his commitment to his constituents, contributions to the legislative process and dedication to public service.
The Deputy Majority Leader extolled Gbadamosi for his humility, accessibility and genuine concern for the people, noting that his presence in the Assembly has added value to the institution and strengthened the spirit of teamwork among lawmakers.
“Wale Canada is my guyest guy in the Assembly. Beyond the politics and legislative business, he is a brother, a dependable friend and someone whose company and support I truly value,” Babalola said.
He further described the celebrant’s 50th birthday as a celebration of life, service, friendship and the positive impact he has made on the people he represents.
