LSGC Chair, Ayodele Commends Gov. Makinde on Completion of Ultra-Modern Local Government House, Absorption of Adhoc Staff

The Oyo State Local Government Service Commission (LSGC) has a new ultra-modern office complex, courtesy of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration. The complex, commissioned by Governor Makinde, has been hailed as a significant milestone in enhancing productivity and efficiency in the public sector.

Dr. Remi Ayodele, Chairman of the LSGC, addressing the press praised Governor Makinde’s leadership style, comparing it to the people-centered approach of the legendary Chief Obafemi Awolowo. “His Excellency supports whatever will benefit the people,” Ayodele said, highlighting Makinde’s commitment to delivering democracy dividends to Oyo State residents.

Further “I commend and appreciate his excellency for absorbing adhoc staff into the state’s workforce. This move is considered a significant step towards providing job security and stability for workers.

The commissioning ceremony was attended by top government officials, local government workers, and representatives of the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), having the national body of NULGE and the LSGC rating the complex as the best in Nigeria, a testament to Makinde’s commitment to excellence.
