LG Poll: Hon. Sheriff Adeojo Gets Mandates of Ido Community Development Council

The executive chairman of Ido local government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo has justified the reasons he deserves votes of the Community Development Council (CDC) in Ido local government.

Hon. Sheriff made the justification during the monthly meeting of CDC held at the local government Secretariat.

The council boss said the fact that Ido is the biggest residential local_ government in Ibadan and his administration has justifiably touched all wards in terms of meaningful projects.

He clarified the erroneous belief that the Osajin bridge was constructed by APC chairman rather it is a World Bank project only supervised by Ido local government during the reign of the All Progressive Congress (APC) chairman.

Monumental Legacy

Hon. Sheriff seized the forum to enlighten various communities in attendant that it is the time to elect another CDC chairman and they should choose a God-fearing person to represent their interest and bring fortune to the CDC.

The PDP party chairman in Ido local government, Alhaji Akinsola Ayuba in his contribution said this is the time for local government election and a vote for Sheriff Adeojo and other candidates are votes to sustain the peace in Ibadan land and replicating the good gestures of Engr. Seyi Makinde in Oyo state.

He gave assurance that Sheriff Adeojo would use his second term to consolidate on his first-term achievements.

The PDP party chairman solicited the support of all the Community Development Associations across the council area to cast their votes for the incumbent chairman and all the 10 councilors on April 27 to pave the way for the continuation of his good work

Mr. Sakirullah Ahmed, Mr. Mustapha Olaadua, Pastor Adeshina, and Dada Ademola who spoke on behalf of the Community Development Council pledged the total support of CDC to the reelection of Hon. Sheriff Adeojo.
