Ido Local Government Chairman, Adeojo Urges Youths to Promote Progress, Shun Negative Acts
The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the development of the local government, particularly in the area of youth empowerment.
The Ido Progress Club, a youth organization, honored Hon. Adeojo for his “giant strides” during his first term in office, which they described as “highly impactful” to the youths and citizens of Ido Local Government.
Comrade Wasiu Aminu, Coordinator of the club, praised Hon. Adeojo’s magnanimity towards the development of youths in the local government, expressing confidence that his second term achievements would surpass those of the first term.
In response, Hon. Adeojo charged the club to be good ambassadors of the local government, promoting progress and development while shunning any acts that could tarnish the image of their family or the local government.
The chairman expressed his appreciation for the recognition, stating that his administration is working in line with the developmental plans of Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, to empower youths for a better tomorrow.
