Ibadan North East Chairman, Akintayo Felicitates with Muslim Community on Eid-el-Fitri Celebration

The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo (aka “O mu Yes”), extends warm felicitations to the Muslim community in Ibadan North East Local Government and its environs on the successful conclusion of Ramadan fasting.

In a release signed by the Council’s Information Officer, Ikeoye Oyetoro, Chairman Akintayo praises the devotion, resilience, and spiritual growth demonstrated by Muslims during the Ramadan period. He acknowledges the significance of Ramadan in fostering unity, compassion, and generosity among people and urges everyone to continue embracing the values of love, kindness, and forgiveness that this holy month embodies.

Hon Akintayo also felicitates with Muslim brothers and sisters in Ibadan North East Local Government and its environs, as well as religious leaders, the League of Imams, political leaders, traditional council, Legislative Council, supervisors, Special Assistants, management staff, and the entire staff members of the local government.

The Council Boss also wishes the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde a joyous Eid-el-Fitri celebration while commending his relentless efforts towards the betterment of Oyo State, praising his leadership and vision, which have been a beacon of hope for the people of Oyo State.

Chairman Akintayo further encourages the Muslim community to extend the lessons learned during Ramadan to their daily lives, promoting a culture of peace, tolerance, and understanding.

He also urges the community to continue their good deeds and acts of charity, which have been a hallmark of the holy month. By doing so, our community can build a more harmonious and prosperous society, where everyone can live in peace and happiness.
