Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, has congratulated his colleague, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode, Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, on his reception of the Award of Excellence presented by the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) at the Oyo State Secretariat today.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Akintayo described the award as well-deserved recognition of Hon. Alawode’s exemplary leadership, commitment to transparent governance, and dedication to grassroots development in Ibadan South East Local Government Area.
“I am delighted to celebrate this remarkable achievement with my brother and colleague, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode. This prestigious award from ANAN is a testament to his outstanding financial management, accountability, and progressive leadership at the local government level,” Hon. Akintayo stated.
The Ibadan North East LG boss praised Hon. Alawode for setting a high standard of excellence in local government administration and urged him to continue his good work in serving the people.
“This recognition should inspire all of us in local government leadership to remain committed to transparency, accountability, and people-centered governance. Hon. Alawode has shown that dedication and integrity in public service will always be recognized and celebrated,” he added.
