I Was Talking In Parables When I Said I’ll Leave The Country If Tinubu Wins The Election ~ Bode George  

A former Deputy national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olabode George has said he was talking in parables when he said he will leave the country and go and live elsewhere if President Bola Ahmed Tinubu wins the 2023 presidential election.

Bode George said this in an exclusive interview on Trust TV.

When asked: did you say and mean that if Bola Ahmed Tinubu wins the election you will leave the country, or were you talking in parables?

He said, “Absolutely, I was talking in parables because I said how? And I can go and leave anywhere I want.”

“Look, I put in this year, it will be my 25th year in politics, 25 years in the military, 50 years of my life. I’m getting close to 80 now. What am I looking for? But to go and live where I can take a walk without looking back and forth at who is running after me and then that I can live in peace until the almighty God would call my flight.”
