Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola (Sunky) Hails Governor Makinde, Congratulates Ibadan Indigines on New Olubadan Palace

Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola, the lawmaker (Sunky) representing Egbeda State Constituency, has congratulated the people of Ibadan on the commissioning of the newly built Olubadan Palace by his Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde in Oke Aremo.

In a statement, Hon. Babalola praised Governor Seyi Makinde for achieving this milestone, saying, “This is a historic moment for our great city, and I commend His Excellency, Governor Makinde, for his vision and leadership in making this a reality.”

The lawmaker also commended the people of Ibadan for their support and cooperation, saying, “This palace is a symbol of our rich cultural heritage, and I am proud to be a part of this momentous occasion. I congratulate all Ibadan indigene and residents on this achievement.”

Hon. Babalola described the new palace as a “magnificent structure” that will serve as a unifying force for the people of Ibadan and a tourist attraction for the state. He pledged his continued support for the development of Ibadan and Oyo State.
