In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Lanre Sarumi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the last general election, has extended warm birthday wishes to a party stalwart and former federal legislator, Hon. Abdulwaheed Aderemi Gbede.
Hon. Sarumi praised Hon. Gbede for his steadfastness and unwavering commitment to the PDP over the years, describing him as a strong party man whose efforts have significantly contributed to the growth and unity of the party, particularly in Ibadan North and Oyo State at large.
“Happy birthday to my brother and Distinguished Rt. Hon. Abdulwaheed Aderemi Gbede, former Member of the House of Representatives, Ibadan North Federal Constituency. Almighty God will bless your new age,” Hon. Sarumi said in his statement.
He further prayed for long life, good health, and continuous blessings for Hon. Gbede, noting that his legacy of service, loyalty, and leadership continues to inspire both the old and new generation within the party.
