“God Giveth and God Taketh”: Hon. Kolawole Ojo Ayoola (Arabambi Afijio) Mourns Ex-Council Chairman, Owolabi Folaranmi
The Afijio Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of former Council Chairman and respected party stakeholder, Hon. Owolabi Folaranmi.

In his condolence message, former Secretary to the Local Government and PDP chieftain, Hon. Kolawole Ojo Ayoola-Opatola (popularly known as Arabambi Afijio), expressed deep sorrow over the passing of the grassroots politician, describing him as “a loyal party man and committed leader whose contributions to the development of Afijio will remain evergreen.”
He further remarked that “God giveth and God taketh,” stressing that the entire Afijio political family must accept the will of the Almighty with total submission.

Hon. Ojo Ayoola-Opatola commiserated with the good people of Afijio, particularly the Awe community, the Kabiyesi, Alawe of Awe, the PDP family in Afijio Local Government, Chief Sunday Ogunlade, the outgoing party chairman, Hon. Derin Aderinola, and the incoming chairman, Chief Jagun.
He prayed for God’s strength and comfort for the bereaved family and the entire Afijio political community, urging them to take solace in God and in the enduring legacies of Hon. Owolabi Folaranmi — OWO-BLOW.
