Eld-el- Kabir: Oyo Lawmaker, Odidi Omo Felicitates Muslim Faithful, Solicits Oyo People’s Continued Prayer, Support For Makinde

The lawmaker representing the Ibadan Northwest/Southwest federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Dhikirulahi Adedeji Stanley Olajide has felicitated Muslim Ummah in Oyo state and Nigeria for witnessing another Eid el Kabir

In a Sallah message to Muslims to commemorate 2023 Eid-el-Kabir, the lawmaker while at Mecca performing Hajj rites harped on the need for Muslims and Non-Muslims to imbibe the spirit of brotherhood and peaceful coexistence during and after the Sallah celebration.

He asked the Muslim faithful on the occasion of the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir, to imbibe the spirit of love, brotherliness, and peaceful co-existence. He said every faithful patriot must continue to serve God and our country selflessly.

The Oyo federal lawmaker who is on the verge of completing his religious journey to the Holy Land in Saudi Arabia commended the Muslim leaders and residents in Oyo state for their commitment to peace and good neighborliness with adherents of other religions, urging them to continue to pray and support the present administration of Governor Seyi Makinde.

Monumental Legacy

“ As we celebrate Sallah today, let me assure all Muslims in the state that, governor Makinde’s administration remains committed to fairness and equity, he holds religious leaders in high esteems.

“Let me enjoin all to celebrate this year Sallah at it is. We must all remember that even this celebration is an act of worship to Allah. And, I pray that God accepts all our worship as Ibadah. May He also grant us good rewards in this life and hereafter.” Odidi Omo stated.

Odidi Omo, therefore prayed to God to continue to give Governor Makinde, president Tinubu, and the national assembly the needed wisdom to move Oyo state and Nigeria to greater heights
