Eid-el-Kabir: Keep Praying For Oyo State, Gov. Makinde, Aare Akeweje Adinni, Akintayo Urges Muslims
The executive chairman of Ibadan Northeast local government area of Oyo state, and the Aare Akeweje Adinni, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo has joined millions of people to congratulate the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir festival.
He congratulated the Muslims and prayed for Allah to accept their prayers and acts of devotion.
Akintayo emphasized that Eid, according to the scriptures, is not just about festivities but about practicing patience and showing compassion in all circumstances.
Akintayo noted that Eid-el-Kabir symbolizes sacrifice, faith, and adherence to the will of the Almighty.
While rejoicing with the Muslims Ummah, the council chairman acknowledges the sacrifices that both Muslims and Christians have made in the past year in supporting Governor Seyi Makinde-led PDP administration, he urged more prayers and support for the governor as he determined to set the state on a firm pedestal of growth and development
