Deputy Chief of Staff, Oyekunle Celebrates Governor Seyi Makinde’s Six Years of Exemplary Leadership in Oyo State
As Governor Seyi Makinde marks six transformative years in office, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle (DoN), has extended heartfelt congratulations and profound admiration to His Excellency, hailing his tenure as a beacon of purposeful governance and people-centered leadership.
In a special tribute released on Wednesday, Hon. Oyekunle described Governor Makinde as “a visionary leader whose unmatched commitment to the development of Oyo State has redefined governance and rekindled hope in the hearts of the people.”
“Six years ago, the people of Oyo State made a bold choice — a choice that has since proven to be wise, progressive, and life-changing. Under the dynamic and compassionate leadership of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, our dear state has witnessed an unprecedented level of infrastructural renewal, economic expansion, educational revitalization, and inclusive governance,” the Deputy Chief of Staff stated.
He highlighted key milestones achieved under the Makinde administration, including the modernization of infrastructure, the prompt payment of salaries and pensions, the expansion of access to quality education and healthcare, and the deliberate empowerment of the youth and women across the state.
“Governor Makinde has not only sustained the trust of the people but has earned national recognition for transparency, fiscal discipline, and innovation in governance. His legacy is already written in the hearts of the masses and etched in the progress visible in every zone of the state,” Hon. Oyekunle added.
While celebrating the achievements of the past six years, Hon.
