Ajewole Reiterates Commitment to Complete Olubadan Palace, Promises Social Benefits as CCII Gets New Executives

The Ibadan social-cultural organization, Central Council of Ibadan (CCII) on Friday swore in the new executive members under the leadership of President-General, Barrister Sulaiman Ajeniyi Ajewole.

Barrister Ajewole reiterated that CCII under his leadership would rally the support of all Ibadan indigenes home and in the Diaspora to ensure quick completion of the ongoing new Olubadan Palace.

“We shall rally round all Ibadan indigenes home and abroad to donate generously towards the project.

“Also we will engage the youths in all the family compounds in Ibadan to stop social vices.

Monumental Legacy

“We shall also engage government at all levels to ensure constant face-lift of some public infrastructures across Ibadanland,” Ajewole stated.

Ajewole also appreciated the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Mohood Olalekan Alli Okunmade II, Governor Seyi Makinde, and the entire Ibadan indigenes home and abroad for their support.
