Ibadan North PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has successfully concluded his thank-you tour to all 12 Wards in Ibadan North local government.
Beginning his tour on August 3, 2023, Hon. Olufade initiated the first phase, covering Wards 1, 2, 3, 7, and 9.
During the second phase, he continued the thank-you tour by visiting Ward 4, Ward 5, Ward 6, Ward 8, Ward 10, Ward 11, and Ward 12. This fulfilled his promise made at the Ibadan North local government party meeting held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Yemetu.
Throughout both phases, Hon. Olufade and his entourage were warmly welcomed by leaders, executives, and members of the various wards, with many offering prayers for his success in his pursuit of the position.
In his remarks, Olufade expressed gratitude for their support and pledged to reciprocate their kindness by ensuring an all-inclusive system of governance and delivering the dividends of democracy directly to the people.
He also announced his intention to revisit each ward once the ban on political campaigns is lifted to seek their continued support while thanking them for the warm reception.
Notable personalities that accompanied him during the tour included Hon. Michael Ogunsina, Oyo state PDP youth leader and acting publicity secretary, Alhaji Kazeem Oshoniyi, Prince Adebowale Falana, Hon. Jozzy Oladapo, Hon. Abiodun Agboluaje, Hon. Atilola Ola Cash, Hon. Ola Alaro, Leader Jire, and Hon. Sunday Olowolayemo, among others.
