Video: Oyo Pacesetter Transport Service Set for World-Class Upgrade Under Makinde’s Leadership
The Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service (PTS) is currently undergoing a remarkable facelift and remodeling, aimed at repositioning the agency for world-class service delivery.

This development was disclosed to newsmen in Ibadan by the Chairman and Sole Administrator of PTS, Dr. Oladeji Ibraheem Salami (DIKKO), who noted that Governor Seyi Makinde’s visionary leadership and unwavering support remain the driving force behind the transformation.
According to him, the revamping exercise is part of a strategic plan to modernize the state-owned transport system and enhance the commuting experience of residents.

Key projects underway include the establishment of a Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Conversion Station, construction of a modern terminal, remodeling of existing buildings, and other innovative infrastructural upgrades designed to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Dr. Salami commended Governor Makinde for his commitment to positioning Oyo PTS as a model of excellence, stressing that the new face of the transport service will not only boost public confidence but also contribute significantly to the economic growth of the state.
