JUST IN: Makinde’s DCoS, Folajimi Oyekunle (DON) Emerges PDP Consensus Candidate For Ibadan North Federal Constituency Bye-Election

The Deputy Chief of Staff to Oyo State governor, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle DON, has emerged the consensus candidate for the upcoming bye-election into the Federal House of Representatives for Ibadan North Federal Constituency.

In a commendable act of sportsmanship and loyalty to the party, the other six aspirants graciously stepped down and pledged their full support to his candidacy.

The meeting, which was attended by notable PDP leaders and stakeholders, included the former Deputy Governor of Oyo State and a prominent figure from Ibadan North, Barrister Hazeem Gbolarumi; Senior Executive Assistant to the Governor, Chief Bayo Lawal; Oyo state PDP Party Secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke and respected Ibadan North PDP chieftain, Baba Ismail Ashipa.
