Hon. Lanre Sarumi Congratulates Hon. Akinwale Akinwole on Appointment as Chairman, Local Government Commission
Hon. Lanre Sarumi, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the last general election, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Akinwale Akinwole on his appointment as the Chairman of the Local Government Commission.
Hon. Sarumi described Hon. Akinwole’s appointment as a “very exciting and well-deserved development,” emphasizing that Hon. Akinwole’s unwavering commitment to the ideals and growth of the PDP over the years has been nothing short of commendable. He noted that Hon. Akinwole, who was the PDP candidate for Oyo North Senatorial District in the 2023 general election, has consistently demonstrated loyalty, hard work, and service to the party and the people.
Hon. Sarumi also seized the opportunity to express profound gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, for his thoughtfulness in appointing Hon.
