The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Oyo State ALGON Chairman, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele Lajuee, has congratulated Oyo State Governor, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Abiodun Makinde, on his 57th birthday anniversary. This milestone coincides with Christmas celebrations, which Hon. Sanda sees as “a testimony of the love of God for the governor.”
Despite the low-key celebration due to the recent stampede at the Islamic High School, Bashorun, Hon. Sanda acknowledged Governor Makinde’s significant impact on Oyo State’s development. He highlighted the governor’s efforts in providing infrastructural facilities and social amenities, aiming to ensure a good standard of living despite national hardships.
Hon. Sanda also urged Christian faithfuls to embody the values of tolerance, love, and prayerfulness during this trying period. On behalf of the people of Egbeda Local Government, he prayed for Governor Makinde’s continued wisdom, understanding, and gracious years.
