The Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle (DoN), has congratulated Baba Ismaila Ashipa, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, on his 70th birthday.
