LG Poll: PDP Chairmanship Candidate, Ibrahim Akintayo Casts Votes, Says ‘I’m Confident Of Victory

The chairmanship candidate of People’s Democratic party in Ibadan Northeast local government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo has cast his vote at polling unit 18, ward 11, Basorun High, Ibadan in Oyo State.

Akintayo voted alongside his allies and other party chieftains.

On the turnout of voters, Akintayo said, “This is expected, we need a good turnout and that is the adoption and the commitment to democracy and the democratic process must take place.”

He also commended the OYSIEC for a well organised election, said the staff report to polling unit in time and there have been no complain about how they are discharging their duties.

Asked how certain of victory he is, Tinubu said, “I’m too certain.”
