He assured that the door of the youth mobilisation structure would remain open to everyone willing to contribute to the success of the campaign, noting that inclusiveness and unity would be central to the mobilisation strategy.

According to him, “What is most important is achieving our objective and ensuring that the duo of Engr. Seyi Makinde and Bimbo Adekanmbi emerges victorious. We must therefore work together, accommodate one another and ensure that nobody who is willing to contribute is left behind.”

Bolarinwa emphasised that the youth constitute a critical component of the electorate and must be meaningfully engaged, consulted and mobilised at the grassroots ahead of the electoral campaigns.

He added that the strategic meeting with the Commissioner was part of broader consultations aimed at strengthening collaboration, expanding the mobilisation network and ensuring effective coordination among youth stakeholders across the state.

The Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon. Mrs. Wasilat Adegoke Adefemi, welcomed the initiative and underscored the importance of collaboration in promoting youth participation, leadership and development.

The meeting also explored areas including grassroots engagement, youth empowerment, leadership development and effective communication with young people across the state.

The strategic engagement is expected to further strengthen youth mobilisation efforts and create a broader platform for stakeholders to work together towards the success of the Makinde and Adekanmbi campaigns ahead of the 2027 electoral cycle.
