2027: We Won’t Stop You from Dreaming, Oyo PDP Fires Back at APC

The People’s Democratic Party in Oyo State has called on the APC to wake up from their slumber. The Party said the APC should forget about Oyo State in 2027 as the people of the State have clearly rejected them outright during the last governorship election.

The PDP Acting Publicity Secretary, Mr Ogunsina Michael said as much as talk is cheap so is dream and therefore the PDP will not stop the APC from talking or dreaming as that’s the only thing they could do; toothless bulldogs. Ogunsina said Oyo State people have left their Egypt and won’t go back to it in 2027.

“It is glaring that what the APC represents today to an average Nigerian is suffering and lamentations. Oyo people have seen what the APC can do for them and they are currently feeling the impacts of the good governance under the Engr Seyi Makinde led administration in Oyo State so the APC can continue dreaming, we won’t stop them”.

Ogunsina urged the APC to find lasting solution to the sufferings the Party is inflicting on Nigerians instead of wanting to extend their inhumane, anti-people and retrogressive policies on the people of Oyo State who have rejected them.

Monumental Legacy

The PDP particularly admonished the President’s representative, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu to find lasting solutions to the incessant collapse of national grid which has become a weekly recurrence in Nigeria.

Biiro D Solution

The PDP was reacting to a statement credited to Oloye Adebayo Adelabu, the Minister of Power who represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the maiden edition of the annual lecture series of the late former governor of Oyo State, Lam Adesina.

The Party said instead of the President giving a matching order to forcefully take over Oyo State, the PDP enjoins Mr President to give matching orders to his own government which has shown that it has no hope for the people to renew instead, it has made people hopelessness.
