2027: Bolarinwa-Led Makinde/Adekanmbi Youth Directorate Seeks Mogbonjubola’s Support for Grassroots Mobilisation

The Directorate of Youth Mobilisation of the Makinde/Adekanmbi Campaign, led by Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, has paid a courtesy visit to the Oyo State Commissioner for Works, Hon. Abdulmojeed Olawale Mogbonjubola, popularly known as Jagaban, to seek his support and strengthen youth participation in the campaign.

The visit was aimed at engaging the commissioner, who is widely regarded by the directorate as a youth-friendly public servant and a strong advocate of youth development, on the need to sustain his support for initiatives that promote the political inclusion and empowerment of young people.
Led by Hon. Bolarinwa, the delegation acknowledged the importance of experienced political leaders and government appointees in encouraging young people to participate actively in the political process and contribute meaningfully to the development of Oyo State.

The directorate also emphasised the need for stronger collaboration between youth mobilisation structures and stakeholders within the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde to advance the campaign’s objectives and broaden its grassroots appeal ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The engagement underscores the directorate’s commitment to building strategic relationships with key political stakeholders while mobilising support for the Makinde/Adekanmbi political project across the state.
The Directorate of Youth Mobilisation expressed optimism that the visit would further strengthen its engagement with the commissioner and encourage sustained support for youth-focused initiatives and grassroots mobilisation.
